notice her wrist is cocked forward in palmer flexion. This is common
in treatment of a Colles type fracture
The
only thing I didn't understand is that she didn't get a LAC to begin with
. Colles Fractures are almost always treated with a spell in a LAC
before it's changed to a SAC
