My Name is Earl: Season 3, Episode 18: Killerball: Earl must help a former neighbor win a "Killerball" game (Murderball) in order to make up for stealing his and his sister's (Katy Sullivan, pictured) wheelchair when they were kids. They ended up in the wheelchairs after a skydiving accident.

Freddy Got Fingered, featuring Marisa Coughlan as a paraplegic who was paralyzed from riding some sort of jet powered land vehicle, which she tries to duplicate with her wheelchair at some point. She enjoys giving head and having people cane her legs. Oddly enough, she's on Boston Legal now, a show that is about the very same law firm in which Rebecca DeMornay worked on that episode of The Practice.

From a documentary on MTV about paralyzed teens. The girl in the halo was a cheerleader who collided with another cheerleader and broke her neck.
