Episode "Let's Talk About Sex, Henry" (2x05) - Megyn Price evidently broke her arm while the show was filming. There's no explanation or even mention of her cast in the episode I don't think.
This is the only episode I've seen with the cast. Apparently they shot episodes, or aired episodes out of order, so maybe she had to do this episode with the cast and they went on hiatus soon after? If anyone does find an episode with the cast feel free to email me and tell which episode.
Note: Although the episode is season 2, episode 5 on IMDB, this episode is actually found on the season 1, Disc 3 DVD.
