6/13/00 Donated by Gimpfan, the first 11 pix are of Rachel from the Real World: San Fransisco. She was in a terrible car accident, breaking her femur and tibia. On the MTV News story she talks about having only 2 weeks left in the cast and how hard rehab is. She was the only survivor in the accident. The last 5 pix are of former MTV VJ Kennedy. Annoying but cute, she's sporting a nice sac. I'm not sure how she hurt her hand/wrist but Gimpfan says she actually smelled the cast once on the air.

3/11/99 Pictures of Lila McCann, a young country music singer wearing a long arm thumb spica. Here is info from one of the Lila pages: Recently, during cheerleading practice, Lila fractured her left wrist. She was practicing a technique with some of her squadmates, and was dropped. She didn't know initially that she was hurt, and actually laughed because she had been dropped by the same group before. Her arm has been put in a cast. UPDATE!!! Lila's cast has been shortened so that she can move her arm. She went back to the doctor's on the 15th of December to see if she still needed the cast.

2/10/99 Three celebrity pictures, and these are real. The first is of Dana Plato from the show Different Strokes. I"m not sure about the story behind her cast. The second and third pictures are of Anna Kournikova, a Russian tennis player that had a thumb injury. It's not a cast, but is a nice brace.

1/24/99 Three pictures of Courtney Love in concert, in what looks like an ACE bandage splint thing (or do you think it looks like a cast?). Whichever Loserpalloza Hole played, Courtney punched out a woman named Kathleen Hannah. Kathleen was fine, but Courtney broke a bone in her hand and got slapped with a lawsuit. Donated by LC.
