It didn't mention why she was casted but it's medical because this is a reality show. The artist's name was Megan.

10/5/01 Sorry I couldn't give any heads up for this sighting; it happened very fast, but I did get these shots. From the most recent episode of ER, the character is a heavy metal chick trippin on LSD. She jumped on Carter's back then into a window, wrist and head first, very funny scene.
